Crunchy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown rice, cooked and cooled
    4 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
    seasoned salt
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except salt and pineapple.
    Chill several hours.
    Serve salad on a bed of lettuce.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Top with pineapple tidbits.
