Fried Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    2 onions, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into a bowl.
    Add milk, oil and egg.
    Beat until smooth.
    Separate onion into rings.
    Dip each ring into batter.
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes in heated oil (375\u00b0).
    Drain; sprinkle with salt.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
