Cinnamon Cream Cheese Roll Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf of thin sliced white sandwich bread
    1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1 1/2 sticks of butter
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, egg yolk and 1/4 cup of sugar until creamy. Trim crust from bread and roll each slice with a rolling pin to flatten.
    Spread each slice with cream cheese mixture and roll like a jelly roll.
    Melt butter. Mix together remaining sugar and all the cinnamon.
    Dip each bread roll in melted butter and then roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
