White Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed white potatoes
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
pinch of salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 8-inch pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
