Ingredients

8 flour tortillas
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
chopped green onions (optional)
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can Old El Paso enchilada sauce
1 chopped tomato
shredded lettuce
Preparation

Brown beef
and add taco seasoning, according to directions on package.
Place
flour
tortillas in baking dish and fill with
2 heaping
tablespoons
ground
beef mixture.
Add lettuce, tomato and
onions.
Fold over and close with toothpicks.\tHeat enchilada
sauce and Velveeta cheese.
Pour over the tortillas and
top
with
grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with picante.
