Venison Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground venison
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 minced onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk, then add eggs.
    Mix, then add venison, onion, tomato juice and salt and pepper.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour.
