Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (6 oz.) box stuffing mix (Stove Top)
1 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 lb. chicken breast or chicken tenders, cut into small cubes
1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
1 c. skim or 1% milk
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Prepare stuffing according to directions only using 1 tablespoon margarine. Set aside. Saute chicken cubes in pan sprayed with Pam until no longer pink. Add soups and milk. Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Top with prepared stuffing and bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
