Creamy Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. homogenized milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 oz. cream cheese
    8 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can Pam
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Rinse well.
    In medium-size pan, boil potatoes until tender; drain.
    In mixing bowl, combine potatoes, butter and milk.
    Blend with mixer until creamy.
    Add sour cream and cream cheese.
    Pour ingredients in a Pam-sprayed baking dish. Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
