Chili Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) bag corn chips
1 (16 oz.) can chili
2 c. cooked pinto beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers or mild sweet peppers
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Spread butter in a 3-quart baking dish.
Line the dish with corn chips.
In a saucepan, combine chili and beans.
Heat. Alternate layers of chili beans, onions, peppers, corn chips and cheese.
Put layer of cheese last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Yields approximately 7 to 8 servings.
