Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch dish the first 5 ingredients.
    Mix together the mayonnaise and sugar and spread over vegetables.
    Top with shredded cheese and Bac*Os and refrigerate overnight.
