Kahlua(Coffee Liqueur) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. Maxwell House instant coffee
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. Everclear alcohol
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and instant coffee in hot water.
    Add alcohol and vanilla; stir.
    Store for 30 days (or 30 minutes), depending on urgency.
    Everclear is available at drug or liquor stores.
