Alison'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 medium can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. chili powder (according to how hot you want it)
    1 pkg. soft corn tortilla shells
    1 small can mild enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Set aside.
    Simmer mild enchilada sauce with 1 can mashed, stewed tomatoes and chili powder.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
