Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 lb. mild sausage, browned
    1 c. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Fry sausage; drain and let it get cold.
    Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Stir well.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and set casserole out on counter for about 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    This is great for company!
