Microwave Cream Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. milk or 3/4 c. evaporated milk and 3/4 c. whole milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks and milk with a whisk.
    Fluff up good.
    Mix dry ingredients together, then add to egg mixture.
    Cook in microwave on Full power for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Stir at 2 minute intervals until thickened.
    When finished, add margarine and vanilla. Makes 1 (9-inch) or 2 (8-inch) pies.
