Mexican Pinwheels* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large flour tortillas
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. diced black olives
    1/4 c. diced jalapeno peppers
    12 oz. cream cheese, softened (fat-free works)
Preparation
    Add onion, olives and peppers to cream cheese.
    Mix well. Spread over tortillas and roll up (jelly roll style).
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate about 4 hours.
    Slice into 3/4-inch sections (save the ends for yourself as this is all that will be left!).
    Serve with salsa, if desired.
    Watch them disappear!
