Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 strips bacon or 1/2 c. cubed ham
    1/2 c.shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. frozen broccoli
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 eggs
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Drain and chop. Put in pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese, mushrooms and broccoli.
    Blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
