Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. candied fruit (optional)

Preparation

Mix the salt and sweet potatoes well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add
vanilla
and
remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or longer if needed.
Cool before removing from pan.
