Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 can French fried onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 can onions.
    Put in 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
