Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter
    4 to 5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter a 2-quart baking dish.
    Put peaches on bottom and sprinkle with lemon juice and extract.
    In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and egg until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches; drizzle with margarine.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until topping begins to brown.
    Great with ice cream or milk.
