Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. long grain rice
    2 c. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large egg yolks
    cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium pan, heat rice, water and salt to boiling over medium heat.
    Reduce heat to low; cover.
    Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed.
    Add milk, half and half and sugar.
    Mix; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
