Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) cans Niblets corn, drained
4 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 heaping Tbsp. sour cream
2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
sprinkle of parsley
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Drain.
Add 2 tablespoons sour cream (heaping), 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (heaping) and a sprinkle of parsley.
Mix well.
