Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. flaked coconut
    4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour melted butter in unbaked pie shells.
    Spread coconut over butter.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over coconut.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    until middle is set, about 35 minutes.
