Microwave Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, cocoa, soda and salt in a 9-inch square microwave-safe pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients in 4-cup measure. Stir into flour mixture until well blended.
    Microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn twice until pick inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes on flat surface. Moist spots will dry.
    Then place on wire rack.
    Serve warm.
