Orange Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice and grated rind of 1 orange
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks (save egg whites)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 pie crusts (unbaked)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch; add butter and egg yolks, mixing well.
    Add milk, juice and rind.
    Bake in crust until set at 350\u00b0. Use the egg white for meringue.
    Makes 2 small pies or 1 large.
