Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cubed
    4 large carrots, chunked
    2 medium onions, chunked
    2 celery ribs, chunked
    2 medium parsnips, chunked
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. quick cook tapioca
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart Dutch oven.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring once each hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
