Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) Wheat Bread
    1 (16 oz.) White Bread
    1 stick of Margarine
    1 c. Celery, diced
    1/2 c. Onion, diced
    1 c. Chicken/Turkey Broth
    2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
    1 Egg
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Water
Preparation
    Night before:
    Dice wheat and white bread.
    Cook celery and onion in margarine until translucent.
    Add to cubed bread.
    Mix broth, seasoning, egg, salt, pepper together.
    Add to cubed bread. Add water as needed so mixture is moist.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 45 minutes.
