Maxine'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cut up chickens
    1 can celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. white wine or cooking sherry
    1 small onion
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1 c. long grain rice, cooked
    bacon slices, crisp and crumbled
    1 can bouillon soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place
    chicken flat in baking dish,
    salt
    and\tpepper, chop onion over top.
    Mix soups and sherry; pour over chicken. Grate cheese and spread over top.
    Bake 3 hours at 325\u00b0.\tCook rice according to directions.
    Brown small onion
    in
    part
    of bacon grease.
    Blend bouillon soup
    and
    Worcestershire sauce; add in rice.
    Add onion and bacon.
    Cook
    the
    last 30 minutes that the chicken cooks.
