Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cod fillet (thick as possible)
about 1 1/2 c. water
about 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. curry powder and 1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground coriander seed
1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat or 2 (6 oz.) pkg. thawed crabmeat
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. halved seedless green grapes
fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
Preparation

Place cod in pan and pour enough water and chicken broth to cover.
Remove fish and bring liquid to boil.
Add cod; reduce heat to low and simmer about 5 minutes or until cod is opaque and separates easily into large flakes.
Remove fish from liquid and cool.
Flake fish, removing skin and bones.
