Deviled Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. large clams
1/3 as many bread crumbs as you have clams
1 tsp. butter
scant tsp. mustard
dash of pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. clam broth
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and let stand for bread crumbs to absorb liquid.
Mixture should be moist.
Fill the half clam shells.
Sprinkle each with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
