Fabulous Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices white sandwich style bread, cut off crusts and cube
1 lb. cubed ham (more or less is fine)
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut into small pieces
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Spread half the bread cubes evenly in dish.
Add the ham and both cheeses, then cover with remaining bread cubes.
Mix eggs, milk, onion, salt and mustard.
Pour evenly over bread cubes and refrigerate overnight. Combine corn flakes and butter for a topping.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 10.
