Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (3 oz.) can cream style corn
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
    1 stick oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in the oleo.
    In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and corn.
    Mix the sauteed onion and pepper with sour cream and corn bread mix.
    Add eggs and corn to the mixture and spread in a greased 7 x 12 inch baking dish.
    Cover mixture with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
