Wiener And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 c. potatoes
    1 lb. wieners
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix in next 4 ingredients.
    Add both milks. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute or until thick.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
    Boil potatoes and cut in cubes; place in casserole dish.
    Cut up wieners and add to potatoes; mix in sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
