Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash, halved and seeded
    1/3 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. diced, unpeeled apple
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese (your choice)
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake squash in oven or microwave until nearly tender. Saute apple and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Stir in crumbs and salt and pepper. Fill squash with mixture and top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer until tender. Serves 2.
