Philadelphia Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely shredded cabbage
2 green peppers, finely chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Let stand at least an hour before serving.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
