Slaw Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, cut up
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 large green pepper, cut up
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients together.
    Set aside.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients together in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage immediately; mix well.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
