Browned Rice No. 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
1 stalk celery
2/3 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can beef consomme
1/2 can water
butter
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Cut up
onion
and
celery.
Brown in butter.
Add rice and brown.
Place in casserole; add salt, pepper, consomme and water. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
