Grecian Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1 lemon, juice only
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. butter
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 oz. feta cheese
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled, butterflied
Preparation
-
Saute onion, lemon juice, oregano, butter in oil.
Add shrimp and cook until pink.
Before serving, add feta cheese in large chunks into hot mixture.
Serve hot over pasta or rice or serve cold on romaine lettuce.
