Cabbage Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound of ground turkey
    1 cup chopped green onion
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon morton lite salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 (18oz) can tomato paste
    8oz low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute ground turkey, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned.
    Boil cabbage until tender.
    Save 2 cups liquid and drain off excess.
    Combine 2 cups liquid, oregano, pepper, salt, and tomato paste and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
    Add meat, onion, and pepper to mixture.
    In a 9x13 pan pour half of meat mixture, then add cabbage, Pour remaining meat mixture and then top with shredded mozzarella.
    Bake at 400 until cheese is browned, about 30-45 minutes.
