Tomatoes Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes
    3 slices toasted bread
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    2 green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Halve tomatoes and place on cookie sheet.
    Crumb toast.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the crumbs.
    Pile mixture on tomatoes and broil 5 to 7 minutes.
