Peachy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 peaches, peeled and pitted
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cantaloupe, cubed
3 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 c. strawberries, halved
2 c. apples, cubed
2 c. white seedless grapes
2 c. sliced bananas
Preparation
-
Puree first 4 ingredients until smooth.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Place remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Pour peach sauce over fruit.
Toss until covered.
Chill.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
