Crab And Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 jar Nalleys seafood sauce
1/2 lb. crab
1/2 lb. shrimp
1 can (7.5 oz.) chopped black olives
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
1 rounded Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. mayonnaise
