Gourmet Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. American cheese
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Peel and shred.
    In saucepan, combine butter and cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, except paprika.
    Fold into potatoes.
    Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
