Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken fryer, cooked, debone and chop
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
1 stick oleo, melted
1/2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. chopped onions
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth
Preparation

Spread 2/3 of cornbread stuffing in bottom of 1 large baking dish, ungreased.
Sprinkle chopped chicken over mixture.
Mix soup, chicken broth, chopped celery, chopped onions and oleo together.
Cook this mixture in large boiler until onions and celery are tender.
Pour this over cornbread mix and chopped chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until light brown.
