Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 bag (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 lb. zucchini or summer squash
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil squash and onions for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix soup and sour cream together.
    Mix soup mixture with squash.
    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.
    In a 7 x 12 x 2-inch pan, layer 1/2 stuffing mix, then vegetable mix, top with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
