Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 large bananas, mashed
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mash bananas on plate with a fork. Combine all ingredients, adding bananas last.
Mix well using a wooden spoon.
Place batter in greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 4-inch. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
