Cranberry Orange Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz. serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 oz. serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand orange or any red flavored sugar-free gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 orange, sectioned and diced
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
Stir in orange.
Spoon into 5 cup mold.
Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold; garnish as desired.
Makes about 10 servings.
