Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Grease and flour a loaf pan.
    In a large bowl, sift together the flour and baking soda.
    In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in the egg and salt.
    Alternately add the flour and orange juice to the creamed mixture.
    Mix well after each addition.
    Fold in the cranberries and pecans.
    Turn into loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
