Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    6n slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3 small green onions, chopped
    1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with sour cream. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
