Microwave Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. chocolate chips
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a 1 1/2-quart glass bowl, melt chocolate chips in microwave.
Combine with milk and sugar.
Cook for 4 minutes, stirring often.
Mix in margarine, vanilla and salt.
Beat with rotary beaters until smooth.
Serve over ice cream.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
