Salmon With Linguini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. linguini, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    10 oz. frozen peas, partially thawed
    1 (6 1/8 oz.) can Chicken of the Sea, skinless boneless pink salmon, drained
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the linguini and Parmesan cheese.
    In large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
    Cook onion and garlic 1 minute.
    Add peas, cooking an additional 2 minutes.
    Reduce heat to medium and cook 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and mix with linguini. Toss in salmon.
    Makes 6 servings less than 300 calories each.
